RETURN POLICY

Zero Centre Point Return Policy

 

New unused Items in original unopened retail packaging, purchased from Zero Centre Point (Zero Point Sales) online or in our physical store, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase in most cases for a full refund or store credit less original shipping promotions and return shipping cost if any. Please email service@zeropointsales.com to initiate a return.

New Unused items with damaged or opened original retail packaging can be returned within 30 days subject to a 25% restocking fee, less original shipping promotions and return shipping cost if any.   Please email service@zeropointsales.com to initiate a return.

If you have accidentally received the wrong product or a completely different product from the one you have ordered, you will be given the option to exchange your item for the correct item or request a refund once the item has been returned.  You can exchange the product if it is damaged or faulty to get a new one within 30 days.  Please email service@zeropointsales.com to initiate a return.

Exceptions

Zero Centre Point Return Policy has described some exceptions which specify we will not give any return, exchange, or refund over some specific products,

  • Gas-powered outdoor types of equipment are not able to return or exchange once the oil is poured in it, even if you wash it off properly. You can still get a refund if the equipment is unused, in new unopened, undamaged retail box, with all paperwork, and originally packed.
  • Special Order Items that can’t be returned to the supplier of manufacturer
  • Used items
  • Partial or late returns

In-store Return Policy

Subject to our return policy above, Zero Centre Point Return Policy allows you to return an online purchased product to Zero Point’s physical location. Don’t forget to take your purchase slip/receipt along with the product’s information booklet. Remember that you should visit the store within 30 days, or we will not accept your return. Any shipping including our cost for “free delivery” promotions or other delivery cost incurred for your return item will be deducted from your refund.

Return via Delivery Policy

As per Zero Centre Point Refund Policy, you have to pay the original delivery if we ran a “free shipping” promotion and return shipping fees if you don’t return the product to the store in person.  This fee will be deducted from your refund or account credit. If you received a damaged or different product than the one you’ve ordered, the delivery and shipping fees are not applicable, therefore you’ll get a full refund. Please email service@zeropointsales.com to initiate a return.

Refunds will be issued per policies stated above once we receive the returned item back at our warehouse and inspect the product/packaging condition.
